30: Accepting Change

On January 1st 2020, I drove my car around 3am with my friends after watching fire works @ Bluewater Island, Dubai. While driving the car in the early morning my mind was saying : it look like I will have to drive for the whole year. Yes it was, but not the car but my passion and desire.

We all start a new year with a lot of expectations. Even I also started with some expectation. In 2020 beginning I moved to a new apartment with lots of hopes in personal and professional life.

Every year by first week February, I used to travel to India (Hometown) to attend our family temple festival (Theyyam, one of the ritual art of Northern Kerala), more than a festival I consider this as a family reunion. And the best thing in 2020 travel was that, I got the opportunity to do a boating (House boat) with my parents and cousins, this was not planned but fortunately happened and all these were happened just before the lockdowns.

From April to June 2020 was very difficult and critical time for me. Literally staying at home changed me a lot, got the opportunity to read more books, to complete some online courses, and yes thinking about how to achieve my ambitions. Then comes the turning point of my life, few of my very good friends and loved ones were suggesting that we have seen potential in you that one day you can run your own business and this is the right time to make use of it.

I have always believed that certain things are beyond our control, and there is no use of worrying about them. However, there are still things in our control and which we can make the best use of it.

I didn’t even think to start my own business this early. Finally in the mid of 2020 i entered into the world of entrepreneurs . So 2020 gave me an opportunity to fulfill one of my life desire.

Change is the only thing everybody has to follow in their journey. In 2020, I have accepted the change and implemented in my life, and I am grateful to it.
